Read the fine print, without reading the fine print.
Youlala – Terms & EULA Checker flags the surprising clauses in terms of service and license agreements, right in your browser.
Coming soon to the Chrome Web StoreFree. No account. Nothing leaves your device.
How it works
Spots terms pages
When you land on a terms of service or EULA, a small “Review these terms” button appears.
Reads them on your device
Chrome's built-in AI reviews the text locally. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Shows what matters
Arbitration, auto-renewals, data sharing, content rights. Flagged by severity, with the source text.
Private by design
Youlala has no servers. It doesn't collect, store remotely, or share anything you read. Results are cached only in your browser so repeat visits are instant. Read the privacy policy.
Requirements
Youlala uses Chrome's on-device AI model, which needs:
- Desktop Chrome 138 or newer (Windows 10+, macOS 13+, Linux, or ChromeOS on Chromebook Plus)
- At least 22 GB of free disk space
- A GPU with more than 4 GB of VRAM, or 16 GB of RAM and 4+ CPU cores
On first install, Youlala sets up the built-in model once. After that, everything works offline.
A guide, not a lawyer
Youlala's summaries are generated by AI and can miss clauses or get details wrong. They're meant to point you to what's worth a closer look, not to replace reading the terms or getting legal advice. See the Terms of Use.
